HOW DO I LEARN TO USE THE METHOD?
The Vision Sticks are accompanied by a very detailed Online Tutorial with all the basic exercises, divided into blocks of Visual and Cognitive skills.
It also has an Initial Protocol to be able to face the first 4 weeks of practice.
